Ways to Write:
Please include the name of your child in your letter and use one of the following options:
Send a Digital Letter
You can send your child a letter and pictures digitally by sending us an email through our website, or directly at info@bcaministries.com.
You can also send a message by signing in to your account and going to the inbox under the “My Profile” section. If you need help accessing your account, please click here.
Send a Handwritten Letter
When our mission teams travel to our schools during the summer months, you are welcome to send handwritten letters/pictures, and we will send them over with a BCA mission team leader.
We can also scan your handwritten letter and email it to our team in Zambia for distribution to the child.

Please do not send money in any form. Small gifts (such as friendship bracelets and small toys/trinkets) are acceptable.
Helpful tips for writing a letter:
Share a testimony, about how God has saved you and the Gospel has transformed your life.
You can include your favorite Bible verse or something God has been teaching you.
Let them know you are praying for them.
Write about different topics such as seasons, holiday traditions, family and pets, your job, hobbies, your involvement at church or your favorites (foods, sports, play activities, etc).
Include photos of yourself and your family. Label the names of each person on the back of the photo.
Avoid writing about the “stuff” you have as the children at the school are not as materially blessed as we are.
Avoid slang.
Do not offer your phone number, address, or email address.
Please do not include any money.
