How do I access my account?

If you are an existing sponsor or supporter, your account has already been created. You just need to create a password.

To create a password for your account, please follow these steps:

Go to the Sign in page, enter your email address, and click “Sign in”. There is no requirement to enter a password at this point. (Please note: your email address must match the one in our records. If you are unsure what email address we have on file, please contact us.)
After you click “Sign in”, our system will send you an email to verify your account and set up a password.
Please follow the instructions in the email to set up a password.

After you complete the password creation process, you can now sign in using your email and password.

How can I pay for my sponsorship(s) online?

If you already sponsor a child, you can set up online sponsorship donations, using a credit card or bank account, by following these steps:

Sign in to your account. (If you need to gain access to your account, please follow the instructions above.)
After you have signed in, click on the “My Profile” link in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, click on “My Sponsorships”. This page will show a listing of all of your current sponsorships.
Click the blue “Convert to Online” button. This page will show a checkout page that will allow you to enter your payment information (credit card or bank account) and recurring period option (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly).
After you enter your payment information, click “Submit” to set up automatic online donations. Please note: your recurring payment date will be set to the current date.
